The Regional office carries out the following functions:

Maintains current and historical records of all clubs and districts in the area.
Supplies all official RI literature and videos.
Processes applications for new Rotary clubs. (new Club is admitted and chartered by RI).
Processes applications for new Rotaract, Interact Clubs and Rotary Community Corps.
Processes applications for change of name or territory.
Processes applications for club incorporation and obtains RI Board approval.
Issues kits and certificates for clubs celebrating important anniversaries.
On notification, provides certificates for Rotarians who obtain 50 years of service to Rotary.
Advises and assists governors, clubs, and Rotarians on procedural and constitutional matters.
Provides information to the public.
Collects per capita dues and other payments to Rotary International
Collects contributions to The Rotary Foundation.
Issues Paul Harris Fellow regalia and maintains records of club credits.
Issues Benefactor recognitions.
Makes payments to Rotarians travelling at Rotary International or The Rotary Foundation expense.
Makes payments to The Rotary Foundation scholars.
Provides assistance and clarification in all Rotary Foundation matters.
